Van der Vlist Russia is moving ahead in St Petersburg

The Russian branch of Van der Vlist was set up 20 years ago in Saint-Petersburg, the main transport gateway for CIS countries. Our strategic location and continued investments have allowed for continuous growth and a strong position in the Russian market. Being an integral part of European logistic network of Van der Vlist the Russian branch has access to modern transport technologies and a high level of competence which are highly appreciated by customers.

The Russian branch offers a transport and forwarding service as well as a storage depot and technical facilities for customers and logistics partners. At 2 hectares and  located close to main port terminals there are offices, truck parking and modern workshops with wash bay and water treatment facilities.

The first picture shows the transport of a crusher, which was transported from Saint-Petersburg all the way to Sakhalin (close to Japan).  The second picture shows the storage of new Iveco trucks at the Van der Vlist yard in Saint Petersburg. IVECO has become a recent customer for the depot. The contract for storage of IVECO trucks was signed in December 2019 for two years. Technical service and truck washing are also provided. Daily reporting guarantees transparency of operations.

Excellent customer service and long-term successful cooperation with local business and Russian branches of global forwarding companies has built strong base for future development in the area.
