Van der Vlist Poland have been a major player in the preparations for the Euro 2012 Championships in June. Mid-way through last year, Van der Vlist Poland were involved in the movement of steel rope for the construction of the Silesia stadium. They have also been key to the infrastructure development program that has overseen the construction of the new A2 highway.
Van der Vlist Poland utilized a combination of flat and step frame trailers as well as escort vehicles to transport various elements of mobile concrete mixing plant between a number of different construction sites along the route. The main pieces were concrete tanks of 20m length and 3,0m height. Van der Vlist Poland completed their part of this project on time and on budget so was the highway ready in December 2011, connecting Poznan with the German border. The team at Van der Vlist Poland now hopes they have paved the way for Polish Glory at the finals in June!
