Northern Ireland to Zeebrugge

Van der Vlist have completed some movements recently of Caterpillar M325MH material handling machines, from Northern Ireland into their Zeebrugge facility.

The 31 ton material handlers were collected on site in Northern Ireland, and moved across the irish sea to make the trip across England, before another ferry trip to Zeebrugge, where the 12 metre long machines will be stored, ready for any potential modifications to be made by Van der Vlist’s mechanics, before they are sold.

Last year Van der Vlist held 14 of the 3,4m high and 3m wide units at their Zeebrugge depot, where they act as a Caterpillar distribution centre, storing, modifying and then moving machines around the continent.

For more information about the operations at Van der Vlist’s Zeebrugge site, please email or call +32 50 810 800.
