Van der Vlist’s Russian office has recently welcomed some new additions. The 560 m² warehouse is currently home to some flight simulators.
The 2 simulators currently in storage have been dismantled into 20 pieces, and weigh approximately 15 tons each. The largest part of the simulators measures 2,5m long x 2m wide x 3,5m high.
These have been brought in as part of a project in the St Petersburg office to develop the storage operations there. The outdoor facility has over the past month been home to several MAN TGM fire trucks, stored on the 20 000 m² secured facility whilst they wait to be brought into the local fleet.
Despite these recent influxes of cargo there is still available space on the secured site for storage of machinery or other cargo, short term or long term.
