More than 400 transports to and from this year’s Bauma exhibition have been undertaken by the Van der Vlist group.
It was the 32nd edition of the Bauma exhibition which took place in Munich. It was the largest Bauma ever held with 614,000 square metres of space, around 3700 exhibitors from 63 countries and more than 620,000 visitors.
The Bauma has almost become a habit for Van der Vlist in which every effort is made to best serve our customers for the safe delivery to / from this exhibition. We not only undertake the delivery of machinery to / from the exhibition, we also undertake assembly, disassembly and technical activities both on site and at several of our workshops. Various areas are made available in advance for carrying out testing, PDI, cleaning and polishing of the machines to ensure that they look as good as possible for the exhibition!
The Van der Vlist Technical Services team is on site weeks before and after the exhibition to coordinate delivery / collection, assembly / disassembly and touching up of the machines and attachments. We built up several big, eye catching machines for the exhibition.
