USA-connection increases for Van der Vlist

Van der Vlist was involved in transporting an increasing volume of oversized equipment to and from the USA last year. This increase is continuing further in 2016. Cargo is shipped almost weekly to and from large ports like Baltimore, New York, Charleston and Houston. There is also an increasing number of shipments going through the smaller US-ports.

The majority of these shipments are part of a door-to-door transport where Van der Vlist will take care of the road transport to port of departure, customs and documentation, terminal handling in both ports and onward transport to the final destination. Van der Vlist offers an all-inclusive price so customers will not have unforeseen costs.

For transports in the USA Van der Vlist uses carefully selected partners who can comply with Van der Vlist’s high standards regarding quality, safety and communication. Although executed by third parties Van der Vlist , in contrast to many forwarders and agents, will manage the full door to door movement taking full responsibility for all suppliers on behalf of their clients.
