During the official opening of our new multimodal terminal in Moerdijk, Dirk van der Vlist was honoured to receive the IRU Top Road Transport Managers Award.
This prestigious award is presented annually by the World Road Transport Organisation (IRU) to a select group of managers in the road transport sector. It recognizes leaders who make a difference through innovative employment policies, promoting sustainable development, and ensuring road safety. This year, 45 managers from 10 countries received the award – and we are proud that Dirk van der Vlist was among them.
Dirk is honoured by this recognition, but emphasises that he sees the award primarily as a tribute to the entire team.
